A Step-By Step Guide to Leaving Dinan House
1.
Please leave the house as you would wish to find it. Any excess cleaning may incur an extra charge.
2.
Strip beds and put all linen and towels in the commercial laundry bags provided in both bedrooms and fasten the ties. (The mattress and pillow protectors should be left in place).
3.
Clean out the fridge and turn it off. Leave the fridge door open.
4.
Dispose of all rubbish and recycling in the bins provided outside (glass) and in the Place St Sauveur (recycling and general waste).
5.
Toilets should be cleaned and kitchen left clear. No food or dirty crockery please – for the safety of our cleaners.
6.
Ensure towel rails are turned off.
7.
Wall heaters are thermostatically controlled. Please leave them all set at 7 degrees.
8.
Turn off multi-plug under sideboard, and multi-plug under desk.
9.
Close all windows in the house, and close shutters on ground floor window.
10.
Return spare key to hook by front door.
11.
Return parking card, if used, to tin on hall table. A replacement card costs 30€.
12.
Lock front door and return key to key safe.
